Return Policy


Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Should you want to return your product that is not damaged or incorrect, please be aware you will be responsible for all shipping charges. Product must be returned in the same condition in which it was shipped. Please be aware if you feel something is wrong with the cigars you must contact us within 14 days of delivery.
